I built Remy because my own recipe situation was embarrassing. I had recipes bookmarked in Safari, saved on Pinterest, screenshotted from Instagram, texted to myself, and written on index cards stuffed in a drawer. Every time I wanted to cook something I'd seen months ago, I was hunting across five places and usually giving up. When I did find the recipe, I was reading it on a food blog buried under three pop-ups, a video that autoplayed, and ads between every other step. I just wanted to cook. It shouldn't be that hard. So I built Remy — a clean, beautiful recipe library for iOS with no ads, no clutter, and no noise. Just your recipes, organized the way you'd want them. You can import from a link, a photo, Instagram/Facebook Reel and TikToks, or pasted text, scale servings, switch between metric and imperial, add your own notes, and share recipes as a link, plain text, or PDF. A few people used it before I launched and the thing that kept coming up was how nice it felt to finally have one calm place for everything. That was the whole goal. It's free to try with 5 imports. Unlimited imports are available with a subscription. Would love to hear what you think — especially if you've felt the same frustration and what you've tried before.
