I built RemoteUSB because USB/IP on Windows works well, but setting it up and managing devices from the command line can be cumbersome.
RemoteUSB puts the whole workflow into a simple Windows GUI:
* Share local USB devices over the network
* Connect to remote USB devices
* Manage connections and device status
* Automatically reconnect devices
* Use both client and server functionality from one app
It's completely free and open source under the MIT license.
I'd especially love feedback from homelab users, developers, and anyone currently using USB/IP, VirtualHere, or similar tools.
