The tools I found either cost $100+/month, required a developer, or only sent email reminders (which nobody reads). WhatsApp tools were either shady gray-market APIs or required a 6-week Meta approval process.
So I built Remindly. Connect your calendar once, and it automatically sends reminders via WhatsApp, SMS, or voice call. Clients reply YES/NO/RESCHEDULE — no app, no login on their end.
My friend's no-show rate went from ~18% to under 5% in the first month.
