Hi everyone!
RecordIntel started from a very practical frustration. When researching companies, properties, or potential deals, the information was always scattered across dozens of government portals, county sites, registries, and databases. Each search meant opening many tabs, checking filings, verifying addresses, tracing officers, and trying to connect the dots manually.
RecordIntel brings those pieces together in one place.
You can look up a business or address and quickly see ownership records, corporate filings, officer networks, related entities, trade names, location signals, and other public data tied to that entity or location. Instead of jumping between portals, the system organizes the information around a single lookup.
It is currently focused on Florida data while we test and expand the coverage.
If your work involves due diligence, market research, real estate, or investigating businesses, I would genuinely appreciate your feedback on what works and what is missing.
And if you want to try it, we’re giving Product Hunt users early access so you can explore the platform and tell us how it should evolve.
