Quote and Sign

Proposals your clients accept on their phone. Open source.

Write a proposal once and send a link instead of a PDF. Your client toggles the optional items, watches the total update, types their name and taps Accept, all on their phone. Both of you get a signed PDF and a record with a content hash that proves what was agreed, when, and by whom. Seven templates that are already pages, 16 currencies, flat pricing with no per-user seats, a free plan, and AGPL source you can run on a free Cloudflare account.

Hi everyone. I built Quote and Sign after years of sending proposals as PDFs and watching clients open them on a phone, squint, and go quiet. So a proposal here is a page, not a file. The client can switch the optional items on and off and see the total change, then type their name and tap Accept. You get an email the first time it is opened and a signed copy the moment they accept. Both copies carry a hash of the exact content, so a proposal that was changed afterwards can be proven changed. It is open source (AGPL) and runs on a free Cloudflare account if you would rather host it yourself. Flat pricing, no per-user seats, free plan for three live proposals. What to try first: open the homepage on your phone and tap the options in the demo. Then pick a template; every word and price is yours to change. I would love honest feedback on two things: is the signing record convincing enough to replace a PDF signature, and does the pricing page make sense to you? I will be here all day.
