I built QPasswordStrong because I kept reading about quantum computing threats and realized nobody was explaining it to normal people in a simple way.
Most password checkers tell you "weak" or "strong" based on old rules. But quantum computers change everything thanks to Grover's algorithm, they can effectively halve the security of any password. An 8-character password that would take a classical computer 400 years to crack? A quantum computer does it in minutes.
So I built a tool that shows you two crack times side by side, classical and quantum, so you can actually see the difference and understand what "quantum-safe" really means.
