I made Put It Back because most focus apps assume the problem is discipline. I don’t buy that.
Your phone is engineered to get picked up. So instead of building another calm timer, I made one that fights back a little.
With Put It Back, you start a session, place your phone face-down, and leave it there. If you cave and pick it up early, your coach calls you out immediately. Right now there are 3 voices; Mom, Sergeant and Therapist
It’s intentionally a bit funny, a bit uncomfortable, and way more effective than it should be.
