Hi Product Hunt — I built this for my wife, who's PTO president at our kids' elementary school. The tools PTOs use are 10–15 years old, gate everything behind parent logins nobody makes, and take 5–10% of fundraisers without saying so on the pricing page.
Homeroom is free for the PTO. Parents never create accounts — every email has a link that already knows who they are. Fundraisers (fun runs, read-a-thons) come with per-student pages and live leaderboards. The treasurer's books fill themselves in from every payment.
We charge 3% on online payments, shown at checkout, paid by the family by default. That's the whole business model, and the comparisons against every competitor are on the site — including where they beat us.
