I'm Anthony, the founder of Pro Speak Artisan.
I built Pro Speak Artisan after realizing that many contractors spend more time writing estimates than doing the work they actually love. After a long day on-site, the last thing they want is hours of paperwork.
Instead of typing everything manually, they simply describe the job with their voice. The AI turns that recording into a structured, professional estimate in seconds.
But we wanted to go further.
One of the biggest problems with existing estimating software is that every contractor has their own way of pricing jobs. Rather than forcing users into a fixed system, Pro Speak Artisan lets them import their own pricing spreadsheet. The AI learns their pricing logic and generates estimates that match the way they already work.
