I'm the founder of Postonay. We built it because agency-client approval was living in WhatsApp groups: "did you approve this?" at midnight, the wrong version going live, voice-note revisions like "that corner looks weird".
Postonay is a single workflow for social media agencies:
• Draft the post, upload visuals, pick channels, assign teammates
• Internal review: teammates approve or request changes before the client sees anything
• Branded client portal on your agency's own subdomain. Clients only see content sent for their approval, never your drafts or internal comments
• Pinned revision notes: the client clicks a spot on the visual and leaves a note. Every note becomes a task for your team
• Version history, so you always know which version was approved
• Platform previews for Instagram (post/Story/Reels), X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube
• Publishing calendar for approved content
What it doesn't do: auto-post to social networks. It's an approval and planning tool, not a scheduler.
