I built Play or Postpone because I kept running into the same problem with outdoor sports: are we playing or not? I started by combining multiple weather sources and built a scoring system that considers the sport, location, time, duration, rain, wind, temperature, thunderstorms and other conditions to give a simple recommendation. I'd appreciate feedback on whether the recommendations match the decisions you'd make in real life, if you find it helpful, and if have any recommendations or suggestions for improvement.
