It started like every trip does — someone dropped a destination in the group chat, everyone hyped it up, and then... nothing. Weeks of "who's checking flights?" and "wait how much do I owe?" and screenshots of spreadsheets nobody could read.
After one too many trips nearly falling apart before they even started — arguments over who paid for what, people dropping out because the planning felt overwhelming, and a Notes app that somehow became the official itinerary — I decided to just build the thing we actually needed.
Plan With Crew exists because planning a trip with your friends shouldn't require a project manager. The splitting, the scheduling, the "can everyone do this date?" back-and-forth — it should just be handled. So you can spend less time in the spreadsheet and more time actually going.
