Hi Product Hunt!
I built PixelPet Lab because I wanted a way to turn a real pet photo into a small animated companion that could live on the Windows desktop.
The editor runs in the browser and lets users trace the pet, separate body parts, add skeletal movement, apply pixel effects, add accessories, and preview animations.
The original photo stays inside the browser and is not uploaded to the feedback server.
This is currently a free public beta, so I would really appreciate honest feedback about the workflow, animation quality, and Windows setup process.
