So I built PhotosMove.
It's an Android app that runs a tiny local server on your phone, On the PC, you just open a browser, just like bellow: 1. Open the app → it shows a local address and a PIN. 2. On your PC, open that address in any browser and type the PIN (same Wi-Fi, or android's hotspot). 3. Click download all → one streaming ZIP download → verify it.
Nothing to install on the PC, No account, No cloud.

This is my first launch here, and I'd genuinely love feedback — especially on the Android side (huge libraries, weird devices), the web UI, and whether the PIN flow feels trustworthy to you.
