Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built Partenio because shared ownership can work very well — until it becomes unclear who actually contributes what. One person maintains the property, another handles administration, someone pays an expense, projects are discussed in WhatsApp, and after a while nobody has the same overview. That led to the core idea behind Partenio: the work balance. Members record their work, Partenio compares those contributions with the agreed ownership shares, and everyone can see transparently who has contributed more or less than their share. If desired, the difference can also be expressed as a monetary comparison value. Around that core feature, Partenio also brings together projects and budgets, tasks, expenses, documents and project-related conversations. We’re starting with families, inheritance communities and co-owners managing shared houses, holiday properties, land, forests and farms. Partenio is developed in Switzerland, and this is our first public launch.
