PageSaver
AI summary in reader mode PDF and full-page screenshot
FOR PROFESSIONALS • Capture complete client conversations (Slack, email threads, chat logs) • Create PDF reports from web dashboards • Archive important documentation FOR CONTENT CREATORS • Save inspiration and reference materials • Capture social media threads and discussions • Convert web tutorials to offline formats FOR EVERYONE • Screenshot full webpages without scrolling • Save recipes, articles, and guides as PDFs • Keep important information accessible offline
I'm relaunching PageSaver because the version you might have seen 1 year ago was little more than "screenshot a page." It has changed a lot since then.
Why I built it
Saving a web page should be easy, but it rarely works well. Print-to-PDF cuts pages off in odd places, loses sticky headers and lazy-loaded images, and turns long threads or articles into a mess. I wanted one click that gives you a file worth keeping.
What it does now
- Save as PDF: the full page as one long page, or split into regular pages, with a quality setting.
- Reader mode PDF: strips ads and clutter and keeps just the article. It warns you when a page isn't really an article and offers a normal PDF instead. You can also add an AI summary at the top.
- Save as image or Markdown: Markdown works well for notes apps and Obsidian.
- Screenshot tools: visible area, full page, a selected area, or a single element, with an editor to mark it up.
- Translate a selection and save words to a list you can export to Anki, CSV or Markdown.
- Works on Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, in English, Spanish, French, Japanese and Chinese.
Pricing
Free covers 15 normal PDF and image saves a month. Reader mode and Markdown don't count toward it. Paid plans are unlimited.
The feedback that would help most
1. Send me a page that saves badly. Long threads, dashboards and pages that load as you scroll are the hardest cases, and I fix the ones people report.
2. Reader mode: did it pick the right content, and is the AI summary useful or noise?
3. Is the free limit fair for how you'd use it?
Thanks for checking it out. I'll be here all day answering questions.
