Hey everyone! I'm a former professional athlete (6+ years) and built Pace because I wanted to actually understand my training data — not just stare at charts in yet another app.
Pace connects your wearables directly to Claude via MCP. Ask things like "How was my recovery this week?" or "Is my HRV trending in the right direction?" — and get a real, contextual answer.
A few things I'm proud of: - Simple setup — add a URL in Claude, authorize, done - 20+ wearables supported out of the box (Garmin, Oura, Whoop, Polar, Apple Health, and more coming) - Claude's new Visualization tool makes this 10x more powerful — HRV trends, sleep charts, nutrition all rendered inline
