OwnTheCity
Sponsor a spot in the internet's city. Stay until outbid.
Sponsor a building, storefront, billboard, vehicle, or aircraft in one live miniature city.
Hi Product Hunt! I built OwnTheCity because most online advertising is a banner nobody remembers a minute later. So instead, I built one shared, live 3D city: buildings, storefronts, billboards, vehicles, even aircraft, each one a spot you can sponsor with your logo, link, and tagline.
There's no subscription. You pay once, and your placement stays live until someone else pays more to take it over, so the earliest sponsors on a good spot can hold it cheaply for a while. Everyone's sponsorship also gets a public portfolio page and shows up in the homepage showcase and leaderboard.
I'd love your take on which spots feel most valuable, and what would make exploring the city more fun. Thanks for checking it out!

Who hunted OwnTheCity?
OwnTheCity was hunted by Italo Germando. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
