The Story Behind Ovio Plus: Born From Real Experience
My journey with Ovio Plus started from a real experience. While working in a restaurant in Italy, I saw every day how difficult it could be to manage busy hours, answer every phone call, and take care of every customer.
I realized that behind every unanswered call, there was not just a missed reservation, but a person who wanted to enjoy a special moment.
This experience inspired me to create a solution that could support restaurants when they need help the most.
Together with Ayoub Balti, we built Ovio Plus, an AI-powered assistant designed to simplify communication, manage reservations, and help restaurants offer a better customer experience.
For us, technology is not about replacing people; it is about giving them more time to focus on what truly matters: their customers.
