Orbis AI
Local-first AI that turns prompts into real designs
Orbis turns plain-language prompts into interactive, production-ready designs — running entirely on your Mac or PC. Describe a screen, or paste a URL to clone, and watch it become live React + Tailwind you can edit inline. Pick from 140+ design systems, auto-generate journey maps, and hand off with real measured specs, tokens and redlines. Export fully editable layers to Figma. No cloud, no lock-in — your designs stay on your machine. Type it. Design it. Ship it.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Ram, the maker of Orbis.
I kept hitting the same wall: the gap between "I can picture the screen" and "I have something real enough to build from" was always hours of clicking — and every AI design tool wanted my ideas living on someone else's servers.
So I built Orbis to do two things, nothing else quite did together:
Turn a plain sentence into a real, editable design — live React + Tailwind you can tweak inline, not a flat picture. Paste a URL and it'll clone and remix it too.
Run entirely on your own machine. macOS & Windows, no cloud round-trips, no lock-in. Your work stays yours.
A few things I'm proud of: 140+ built-in design systems (Stripe, Linear, Notion…), auto-generated journey maps, real measured dev specs with tokens + redlines (not guesses), and Figma export with fully editable layers.
It's free to download for Mac & Windows — link above. I'd genuinely love your feedback: what feels magic, what feels rough, and what would make this a daily tool for you. I'll be here all day answering everything.
Thank you for taking a look 🙏

Who hunted Orbis AI?
Orbis AI was hunted by Ram Sarjal. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
