I’ve always been interested in how much trust online reviews create for a business. But I noticed a simple problem: businesses can have genuinely happy customers, yet getting those customers to actually leave a review is often difficult.
That’s what inspired me to build Onloz.
The initial idea was simply to make asking for reviews easier. But while building and talking to potential users, I realized the bigger opportunity was understanding the entire customer feedback journey not just getting another review.
So the approach has evolved from “help businesses get more reviews” to “help businesses make it easier for happy customers to share genuine feedback, while learning from what those customers say.”
I’m still early, and I’m building Onloz in public. The product will continue to evolve based on feedback from the businesses that use it.
That’s why this beta launch matters to me. I’m looking for early users who are willing to try it, challenge the idea, and help shape what Onloz becomes.
