OneManCompany

The first AI company run on real corporate org structure.

An AI company. Not a metaphor — a company with HR, COO, engineers, and designers, all AI agents, organised and managed the way a real company operates. You're the CEO, the only human. Important: this is NOT one LLM with a bunch of prompts pretending to be a team. These are fully independent agents — different models, different backends, different runtimes — each doing their own job. Open your browser, you see a pixel-art office. Your AI employees sit at their desks. Pretending to be busy.

Founder here. We started this because multi-agent projects kept failing for organisational reasons, not technical ones. Individual agents are getting really good. But making three of them work together is a management problem. Human companies have been solving this for centuries. Performance reviews, SOPs, hiring pipelines, retrospectives — painful for employees, but they work. We applied the same mechanisms to AI agent teams. The Talent Market is what we're most excited about scaling. Configuring agents from scratch is like every company building its own hiring pipeline. A community marketplace of verified, packaged agents makes more sense. We already have agents from [superpowers](https://github.com/obra/superpowers) and [agency-agents](https://github.com/msitarzewski/...). The market is open — upload your agents, share/buy/sell. Come try it, file issues, or contribute.

Who hunted OneManCompany?

OneManCompany was hunted by Zhengxu Yu. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
