I built nudge because I was losing deals I'd already won. As a solo founder, I was running every sales conversation myself. The calls went well. I took good notes. And then… the day would swallow me. By the time I remembered to follow up, it was a week late — and a few times, it was a "we went with someone else" email instead. It wasn't that I didn't care about follow-through. It's that nothing was doing the follow-up thinking for me. I tried CRMs and quit them — too much setup, too many fields, too much administrating a system on top of an already full day.
