Most translation tools felt wrong for real conversations — they were text-based, slow, robotic, or they sent your voice off to some cloud server. I wanted something that felt like *you* talking, not a machine reading a subtitle.
So we built Nparla: real-time voice translation that runs entirely on your Mac. You speak, the other person hears you in their language in a natural voice, instantly.
