Yet it’s still here because it's powerful and universal. It’s still an important tool, but it really needs an update—too much noise and endless busywork just to get to what matters.We want to bring back the joy of email by freeing people from inbox busywork. With this launch, Notion Mail is the inbox that thinks like you and adapts to how you work. Our vision with Notion Mail is that it should be integrated with your life’s workflows—docs, projects, tasks, calendar, and more. Here's how Notion Mail is different:
It adapts to how you work. Organize your inbox (and filter out the noise!) with AI and personalize your inbox with custom views that show what matters to you.
It helps you respond faster to what matters with drafting shortcuts and built-in scheduling (via Notion Calendar).
It feels just like Notion. You can type /command to use your favorite content blocks, and work faster with keyboard shortcuts. You can also prompt AI using your spacebar to draft follow-ups that pull context from your Notion docs and polish your writing.
