I'm Hayk, a solo dev and lifter. I built NorLevel because I was tired of doing my own programming by hand — tracking volume landmarks, deciding when to deload, guessing whether to add a set or back off. I'd basically turned my training into a spreadsheet, and I figured the logic could just... run itself.
So NorLevel isn't another set logger. Its adaptive engine actually makes the training decisions: it ramps your volume based on how your sessions go, triggers a deload when you stall, and rotates exercises when progress dries up, continuously, off your real performance rather than a fixed template.
It works whether you're on your first program or years in, and there's a free tier so you can try the engine before committing.
