Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Shlomo, the creator of Niguna. For almost 30 years, I used Winamp and AIMP as my everyday music players. When I switched to macOS, I was surprised that I couldn't find a player that gave me the same feeling: fast, simple, lightweight, and focused on my own music collection. I love streaming services, but sometimes I just want to listen to the music I own — without subscriptions, recommendations, or algorithms deciding what I should hear. So I built Niguna — a native macOS music player inspired by the classic players we grew up with. It supports MP3, FLAC, and M4A, stays lightweight, and keeps your music library truly yours.
