I built My21Reset after realising that meal planning apps often create another thing you have to remember to open and follow.
I wanted to try something different: what if your plan simply lived in the calendar you already check every day?
My21Reset plans your meals, recipes, shopping, hydration and movement around your week and puts everything directly into your calendar.
It originally started as a 21 day vegetarian reset but feedback made me realise I was limiting the idea. I’ve now rebuilt it to support different eating styles and routines.
