Hey everyone! I built MuscleGuard because I kept seeing the same frustrated posts: people losing 30-40 lbs on GLP-1s, then realizing they'd lost most of their muscle along with it.
The gap is simple: doctors prescribe by weight loss, but your protein needs scale with your medication dose. Someone on 2.4mg semaglutide needs ~1.8g/kg protein daily. Someone on 0.25mg needs ~1.2g/kg. But every app treats them the same.
Plus, appetite suppression makes generic meal plans useless. "Eat a chicken breast" doesn't work when food looks disgusting.
So MuscleGuard does three things:
Calculates protein by YOUR dose (not generic math)
Generates meals that actually fit suppressed appetite (120-250g portions)
Tracks what matters: injections, protein hits, muscle preservation—not just scale weight
