I have a hard time planning my day. By the time I sit down to do it, my head is already full. So I built MULIO. At night you just write about your day, messy is totally fine. In the morning you get a short plan with a couple of small steps, based on what you actually wrote. On Sundays you get a recap of your week. I made it mainly for people with ADHD or anyone who struggles to go from "I should" to actually doing it. Works in English and Arabic.

Hey everyone, I'm Mohamed 👋 I grew up in a small town in Mauritania and moved to New York in 2023. I work night shifts, and I built MULIO in the hours around them. MULIO didn't start as a business idea. It came out of some hard years, including a moment where I came very close to dying. After that, building this became my way of holding on to life. It connects to Apple Health (sleep, steps, HRV) and knows the goals you're working on. Every morning you get one page with the few things that actually matter today. Every week you get a report on what got in your way and what might help. I wanted it to feel like a quiet place in a loud world, somewhere you can see yourself clearly and keep moving even when everything around you is distracting. I spent 7 months building it, mostly after my shifts. Under the hood: - Native iOS app (Swift/SwiftUI) - Backend on Firebase + Google Cloud - Two AI agents: one looks at what's going on in your life, the other turns it into a plan - A research library of 150k+ passages from published studies, so the advice is grounded - ~1,800 automated tests A lot of the thinking behind it comes from my own mental health struggles, and from growing up with a father who has bipolar disorder. I've seen up close how much structure and being understood can matter. It still needs a lot of work, and I'm doing this alone.
