Memory Flash

A fast memory game inspired by the chimpanzee number test

A clean, fast-paced memory game inspired by the classic chimpanzee experiment. Simple to start, surprisingly hard to master.

Top comment

Hi Product Hunt! I built MemFlash, a fast memory game inspired by the famous chimpanzee number test. The mechanic is simple: you see numbers briefly, they disappear, and you tap them back in order from memory. I also added a second mode where you memorize a flashed number sequence and type it back. What I like about this genre is that it feels easy for the first few rounds, and then suddenly humbles you. I made this because I wanted a memory game that: • starts instantly • feels clean and minimal • gives you that “one more try” feeling in just a few seconds Would love your feedback on the challenge level, game feel, and which mode you’d keep playing.
