This started as a personal annoyance. I had 20+ skills installed
and noticed sessions felt sluggish before I'd even typed anything.
Traced it back to the system prompt — every skill's full description
was loading unconditionally, every single session.
master-of flips that: it scans whatever skills you already have
installed, auto-classifies them into domain gates, and from then on
only opens the gate a task actually needs. The token savings compound
fast as your library grows.
The default gate names (design, dev, research, stock, planning,
pipelines) reflect my own setup — curious whether they land as
reasonable defaults for others, or if there are common workflows
I've completely missed.
