I built makeBIMI after spending hours trying to get a client's logo into Gmail and hitting the SVG wall every time. The W3C SVG Tiny P/S spec is strict — no scripts, no external references, no animations, 1:1 viewBox, solid background. Every existing converter either got it wrong or required a paid account.
