Hi everyone, Lunafic started from my hobby of roleplaying with AI (raw LLMs), which I have done for years. I always imagined myself entering the world of fiction, but I found many problems while doing it.
The first prototype of Lunafic was bad and generic. Then we took a detour to create a professional writing tool for novelists and screenwriters that, in the end, no one used. I decided to return to the initial idea, using the same engine and what I learned.
Now, Lunafic is a platform for AI roleplay characters you build stories with over long, continuous memories. It is an opinionated AI roleplay experience featuring long-term memory, chapter progression with a beautiful editor instead of endless generic chats, and a solution to the long-standing problem of multi-character consistency.
