Looper
If Grok Bot drove business metrics up and was Open Source
An AI hire for one number you care about. It works daily in Gmail, GitHub, Search Console and the rest, asks your team before anything goes out, and gets a 1:1 every two weeks to improve. Open source. Runs free on the ChatGPT or Grok plan you already pay for.
When I worked as a Data Science Manager at Booking and later Atlassian, I learnt that one awesome way as a manager to work with an employee is when:
- They own one business metric and their objective is to move it (e.g. return on advertisement spend in Google Ads, or conversion to a booking, or time to resolution of customer support) - They have clear ways to move this metric (e.g. run campaign experiments in Google Ads, or run experiments on hotel booking page, or suggest solutions immediately when people ask for support) - They have a clear list of experiments they want to try, and weekly we discuss how they progress in a kanban style board - Every few months we have a retrospective session when they reflect what went well, what did not, and how they are going to change their way of working next few months
I really wanted a simple way to work with agents in a similar way. That is how Looper was created. Looper is inspired by those management principles, and by @Grok Bot, @Notion , @Atlassian@confluence, and @Miro . Think about Looper - it is more structured than Grok Bot, so is a better fit for people who run business, rather than for personal use, and is open source - so you can host your own version, and tweak it the way you wan.

Who hunted Looper?
Looper was hunted by Pavel Kucherbaev. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
