I wanted to build an elegant system that enforces the contract for you, eliminating that friction entirely. How LockedCut works: Set the Guardrails: Paste your video link (Vimeo, YouTube, etc.) and set a strict limit on revision rounds based on your contract. Frictionless for Clients: Your client gets a clean, beautifully formatted link where they can pause and add timestamped feedback. No account creation required for them. The Hard Lock: The second the client hits "Submit Revision Round," the link hard-locks. They physically cannot request more changes until you choose to open the next official round. By building hard boundaries right into the interface, you protect your deep focus work, keep your projects organized, and eliminate the digital noise of endless message threads. LockedCut is completely live on locked-cut.app, and it's free for solo freelancers to test out on their active projects.
