Hey everyone — Kevin here.
I built Local Visibility Lab out of my own agency work. Simple SEO Marketing is a small local SEO shop I run, and Google Business Profile management is core to what we do.
The problems that kept me up were the same ones I hear from other agency owners: profiles under review at random hours, integrity edits sneaking in, review workflows that don't scale, and suspensions that turn a good week into a two-week reinstatement scramble. The tooling was fragmented — a dashboard for monitoring, another for review response, spreadsheets for the rest. Nothing was built for an agency running 20+ profiles, and white-label options were rare.
So I built the internal system I needed, and over time it became the platform. Local Visibility Lab is the same tooling I use to run my own agency, now packaged for other agencies with white-label dashboards, Stripe Connect storefronts, and built-in reinstatement support (I'm a Platinum Product Expert for GBP).
The biggest evolution during launch prep: leaning harder into the community side. LVL started as a paid practitioner community years before the SaaS existed. Weekly group consulting calls, real profiles, real problems worked through live. The software is the tool. The community is where you learn what to do with it.
