It’s deliberately descriptive, never advice — no buy/sell calls, ever. The unusual part of the story: most of this was shipped by an autonomous AI dev fleet I built — a set of looping agents that spec features, implement them, review each other’s code, deploy, measure real KPIs 7 days later, and write down what they learned.
