I’m Justin, and Letlink started from a very practical problem I kept running into in my own work.

I work across marketing, ecommerce, analytics, and web development, and links are everywhere in that world. Ads, QR codes, app downloads, landing pages, email campaigns, social posts — they all depend on links.

At first, all I wanted was a clean way to shorten URLs, use my own domain, and see basic click data.

Then the list of “small things” started growing.

• I wanted the same link to behave differently depending on whether someone was on iPhone, Android, or desktop.

• I wanted to send part of the traffic to one landing page and the rest somewhere else.

• I wanted QR codes that didn’t become useless the moment they were printed.

• I wanted better visibility into where clicks came from.

And I wanted to connect all of this to other tools without building custom logic every single time.

The more tools I tried, the more I felt like I was choosing between two extremes: very simple shorteners that did almost nothing, or powerful platforms where the useful features were buried behind expensive plans and a lot of complexity.

So I decided to build something in between. That became Letlink.

What Letlink is

Letlink is a link management platform built around the idea that a link should be able to do more than just redirect someone from A to B. A single link can route people differently based on their device, split traffic between destinations, collect analytics, power a QR code, carry campaign parameters, or connect to another workflow through an API or webhook.

I wanted all of that to feel straightforward rather than “enterprise.”

Why I’m launching now

Letlink is still early. I’m still changing things, fixing things, and figuring out which parts people actually care about most. That’s also exactly why I wanted to launch it here. I could keep building based on my own assumptions, but I’d much rather put it in front of people who actually work with links every day and see where the product holds up, and where it doesn’t.

I’m especially interested in feedback from marketers, developers, agencies, creators, and small teams.

Not just “looks good,” but the useful kind: What feels unnecessary? What’s missing? What would make you switch from the tool you use today?

One thing I care about

I want Letlink to stay accessible. I’ve used plenty of SaaS products where the free plan technically exists, but you immediately hit a wall before you can really understand the product. I didn’t want that here.

You can start without a credit card and actually use the product before deciding whether it’s worth paying for. That matters to me because Letlink itself started as something I wanted to use, not as a pricing page first and a product second.
