Kubrio Spooky Season

A scary-good AI project a week for kids 6–13

Scary-good projects that inspire kids 6–13 to make things — until they find the thing only they could make. The Spooky Season: 12 projects, one every Monday through November. Your kid picks it, makes it with three AI thinking partners and Claire, an AI coach you shape, and finishes it by Sunday. A 9-shot scary movie. A haunted-house hunt the family plays. A field notebook of the creatures of the night. Spooky, never gory: you set the fear dial. $29 a week to make. Playing and watching are free.

Hi Product Hunt, Vlad here, the founder.

My kids are already past the Kubrio age, and I still get excited building it. I think it's because I can see myself as a kid in these projects. Keeping a child mind is good at any age.

The belief behind it is simple: you can just make things. I think that is the most important skill of tomorrow, more than any subject. Not using AI. Directing it, toward something you wanted to exist.

You're on Product Hunt, so you already live this. You make things and you ship them. Kubrio is that, for kids 6–13. One project a week. They pick it Monday, they direct the AI, by Sunday it's real. The Spooky Season is up now: a scary movie, a haunted-house hunt, an interview with Alfred Hitchcock.

If you have kids 6–13, give it a try. If you know a parent who thinks the same way, send them this page. That's the whole ask.

And tell me: what did you make as a kid that nobody asked you to?
