KOBI
Your team's second brain — but it actually remembers
Every week your team makes critical decisions — then loses them across 12 Slack threads. KOBI is a multi-agent AI workspace with 6 experts (Idea · Strategy · Analytics · Maps · Knowledge · General) that share one project memory, so context never falls through the cracks.
I built KOBI because I kept watching the same painful pattern in every team I worked with — including my own.
We'd have a brilliant 2-hour strategy meeting. Decisions get made. Then a week later... the conclusions are scattered across 12 Slack threads, three people remember the details differently, and the next sprint is basically being driven by guessing.
The data isn't lost. It's all sitting in Notion. But the *reasons*, the *assumptions*, the *connections between storylines* — those evaporate. New hires take months to catch up. Teams quietly redo work. Old decisions get accidentally reversed because nobody remembers why we chose A over B in the first place.
ChatGPT didn't solve it for us. Notion AI didn't. Miro AI didn't.
So we built KOBI around three principles we hadn't seen combined anywhere:
1. Six specialized agents: instead of one generalist — Idea, Strategy (SWOT/TOWS/BMC/Five Forces), Analytics, Maps, Knowledge, General 2. Project Memory: that accumulates across sessions — every decision, doc, and debate becomes a node in your corporate brain 3. An infinite canvas: where all six agents collaborate in real time — not another sidebar chat
We're still in early access (free during Beta). I'd genuinely love your feedback — especially the brutal kind.
What's the last decision your team made that you can no longer reconstruct?

Who hunted KOBI?
KOBI was hunted by WICHAI WEDCHAYANON. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
