Kilo builds your training program, texts you your workouts, and uses your logs and check-ins to recommend what comes next. Coaching in iMessage, with workout tracking built in. Join the free private beta.
I recently finished the marathon that inspired me to build it. I wanted to train for the race while continuing to lift and preserving as much muscle as possible, but I couldn’t find a plan that fit both goals.
That led me to build Kilo, an agentic fitness coach you text in iMessage. It builds your program, sends your workouts, and uses your training history and check-ins to recommend adjustments. When your schedule or recovery changes, you can talk it through with a coach that has your training context.
I’m opening the free private beta and onboarding lifters in small groups.

Who hunted Kilo?
Kilo was hunted by Zac. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
