Hi, I am Marcos, the maker.
I spent 25 years in design, the last ten leading product design teams. The thing that never got easier was the handoff of taste. A designer collects references, knows exactly what the direction is, and then has to explain it again to every colleague, every agency and now every AI model. The references were the direction. The explaining was the waste.
So I built keyline for my own team. You drop the references in, it composes them into a board, measures what they actually share, palette, contrast, format, light, and writes the direction down in plain language. From that one text it compiles a prompt for ChatGPT, Claude or Midjourney. Same room, same direction, whichever model you use.
Honestly, it started as a moodboard tool and the pivot came from a LinkedIn post about "taste" that got more traction than anything I had written. Taste was the conflicting word. This tool covers one narrow piece of it: making the direction explicit so someone who is not you, or something that is not you, can follow it.
