Create digital property handover reports with photos and signatures, explore and compare places to live, evaluate factors such as sunlight, air quality and nearby amenities, and use location and property data for deeper analysis. Kelvio is built for renters, landlords, buyers and property professionals who want better information before, during and after a move.
Hi Product Hunt!
I started building Kelvio around a simple problem: important housing decisions are still fragmented across different tools and sources.
A tenant may need one tool for a property handover, another to understand the neighborhood, and several more sources to compare locations or evaluate the surrounding environment.
I wanted to bring these steps closer together.
Kelvio now has four areas: Protect for digital property handovers, Explore for understanding and comparing places, Data for deeper location and property insights, and Research for turning housing data into useful knowledge.
It is still an evolving product, and that is one of the reasons I am launching it here. I would especially love feedback on what information you would want to see before choosing a home or evaluating a location.
