Jobs-Radar.com
Job boards are lying to you. This one doesn't.
Most job boards charge you to see stale, duplicated, fake "remote" listings that were public all along. JobsRadar indexes 320,000+ jobs directly from company career pages. Dead ones vanish within hours. No signup. No paywall. Free for job seekers, forever. Come see the difference.
The job board industry is quietly broken, and everyone just... accepts it.
Stale listings. "Remote" roles that mean "remote if you move to this one city." And the part that actually made me angry: boards charging unemployed people money to see jobs that were already public.
I'm Alexey, a developer from Armenia. Applying from here, the "remote" lie hit me daily. So I stopped complaining and wrote a script that goes straight to the source: companies' own career pages. I had 7,000 real jobs in my database overnight. I found my own work with raw SQL. Then I kept adding sources and realized I'd accidentally built the job board these companies never bothered to.
JobsRadar today: 320,000+ active jobs from 11,000+ companies (I monitor ~20,000), refreshed 3x a day. Every listing comes from the company's own careers page. Nothing scraped from LinkedIn. Nothing reposted from another aggregator. A job gets pulled down upstream? Gone from JobsRadar in 3-7 hours. No ghost listings wasting your time.
Fetching jobs is easy. Making them honest is the hard part. Under the hood:
* Dedupes and normalizes titles, descriptions, and locations
* Parses salary ranges from every messy format and converts currencies into one comparable annual number
* Flags genuinely worldwide roles - of 320,000+ jobs, only ~1,500 actually qualify. Sit with that number. That's how big the "remote" lie is.
* Separates real remote from "remote-but-location-locked"
* Detects employment type (contract, full-time, etc) and visa sponsorship
* Matches roles for real - filter for Python and you get Python developer roles, not a data science post that name-drops Python
* PostgreSQL full-text search across title, body, role, salary, location, workplace type, and company
And because a job search shouldn't cost you your dignity:
* 🔎 No signup to search. Just use it.
* 🔔 Saved search alerts - email or Telegram the second a match appears
* 💰 Salary explorer - compare pay by role, by city, or head-to-head (London vs. Madrid, anyone?): https://jobs-radar.com/salaries
* 📡 RSS feeds, plus a Telegram bot and channel
Free. For job seekers. Forever. The data already belongs to the companies posting it. Charging people to see public jobs is like picking apples from a public tree, putting them in your basket, and charging hungry people to take one back. I won't do it.
It costs me about $300/month in AWS, out of my own pocket. No ads. Job hunting is stressful enough without me monetizing your desperation and depression. Companies might pay for features someday. Job seekers never will.
This is me picking a fight with an entire industry's default. Tell me where I'm wrong - or come find a job that actually exists 👉 https://jobs-radar.com
