@karthik_narayanan and I started inai in 2021, dubbed as βSegment for paymentsβ.
Our present product, Orchestrate, is a single API to connect with multiple payment methods and processors across the globe. Having processed over millions of transactions for dozens of merchants, we have learned that merchants can lose upto 60% of their business due to payment failures, and their finance teams spend over 30% of their time in reconciling payments across multiple gateways.
Globally $1 trillion is lost annually due to payment failures, and a large part of it is recoverable.
We have thus come up with 2 new product lines.
The Solution: Optimize and Recon
Optimize:
π An observability stack provides insights into your payment data and it has an intelligence piece that provides recommendations on how to fix issues and add to the top-line revenue.
π¬ LLM-powered conversational bot, where you can "chat" with your payment data and help unearth non-obvious leaks in revenue.

Recon:
