The problem wasn’t finding candidates — it was how long it took to confidently decide who actually fits.
Most tools either rely too heavily on keyword matching or require a lot of manual effort.
So I wanted to simplify the first step:
→ Quickly understand how well a resume aligns with the job
→ Highlight strengths and gaps clearly
→ Make shortlist decisions faster
The goal isn’t to replace recruiters — just remove the repetitive part of screening.
