Most cycle apps predict ovulation based on calendar averages (day 14 of a 28-day cycle). But ovulation shifts with stress, sleep, and illness — so predictions are often wrong, and women trying to conceive end up testing on the wrong days entirely.
Heracue tracks confirmed ovulation signals (BBT shifts, cervical mucus patterns, cycle data) and maps true DPO instead of assumed DPO. We also connect mood, sleep, and symptoms so patterns become visible across cycles.
