I built Health Journal to solve a simple problem I personally faced — remembering doctor visits and medications without using complicated apps. Most health apps felt too heavy or required too much effort to maintain.
So I created something minimal: just log visits, add medicines, and get reminders when needed. That’s it.
It’s designed to be simple, private, and actually usable in day-to-day life, especially for families.
