GitWorld Engine
Turn your GitHub contributions into an animated city
GitWorld Engine is an open-source GitHub Action that transforms your GitHub contribution graph into an animated pixel-art world for your profile README. Repositories become cities, commits grow buildings, pull requests become bosses, issues become monsters, and your primary programming language determines the world's biome. Add one workflow, and GitWorld automatically keeps your animated SVG up to date.
👋 Hi Product Hunt!
I'm Dasmat, the creator of GitWorld Engine.
I love GitHub profile customizations, especially the classic contribution snake animation. That inspired me to ask a different question: what if your contributions didn't get eaten—but instead built something?
That idea became GitWorld Engine.
Every repository becomes a city, every commit grows buildings, pull requests become bosses, issues become roaming monsters, and your primary programming language changes the world's biome. The result is an animated SVG that you can add directly to your GitHub profile README.
GitWorld is completely open source, and I'd love to hear your feedback, feature ideas, or contributions. Thanks for checking it out!
